Big Nose Kate was an entertainer in 1870s Dodge City and later the common-law wife of Doc Holiday. Big Nose Kate IPA starts with bright berry, stone fruit, and pine aromas. Deep gold with tropical fruit, berries, ripe pineapple, and pine resin flavors. A medium body and dry finish suggest another sip is in order.

64oz growler. Poured out a clear, golden amber color with a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of orange, grapefruit, toasted caramel and pine notes. Sweet tropical fruitiness with toasted caramel and a piney bitterness.
