I had this beer on-tap in a tulip at the brewery.
Appearance: medium gold hue with a clear body and a thin layer of white foam. Not bad.
Smell: light and sweet with a dash of yeastiness and fruitiness. I quite like it.
Taste: sweet with a dash of funk, a hint of sour and a fair shake of fruitiness. It works for me.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a very well integrated carbonation and a very good creaminess.
Overall: a very good saison. Sweet enough to be nicely drinkable, funky enough to know it's a farmhouse. Good stuff.
