Pours a deep amber color with a thin cream colored head on top. The smell of the beer really showcases the barrel aroma on the nose. The taste of the beer had a sweet chocolate flavor off the initial sip then the whiskey barrel notes all came in. The feel of the beer being on nitro is ultra soft which makes it very easy to put down. Overall it’s a very good brew.

On Nitro at Bonn.

A - Dark burgundy color with beautiful clarity and a frothy light tan colored head.

S - Dark fruit, plums, dark candy sugar, delicate green apple, bourbon.

T - Dark fruit, plums, candied brown sugar, oak, bourbon, and vanilla, and toffee.

M - Big medium body.

O - This is a pretty fantastic Barrel Aged Scotch Ale. Worth seeking out.
