A Baltic porter with spruce and maple, brewed in collaboration with Wallenpaupack Brewing Co. Dark brown/black in color with a small off-white head. Both the aroma and flavor have a light caramel or molasses sweetness with perfume spice from the spruce. Earthy, sweet, and lightly bitter. Medium-light bodied, maybe a little too thin for the flavors it's trying to convey. Unique beer and different from other Baltic porters I've had in the past.
