Pale straw color, foamy white head. Grassy hops, crackery pale malt. Similar taste, bready, with a short finish. Moderately bitter. Thin to medium bodied.

On-tap @ Mr. Lee's Noodles in Bethlehem, PA.
Pale gold with great clarity and a small white head. Well carbonated. Fresh, doughy malt aroma with plenty of grassy hops. Great balanced flavor. Firm, rounded cracker-like malt with a bitterness that really shines through in the finish. Medium-bodied and prickly on the tongue. Way too easy to drink.
No surprise here, another knockout from this excellent brewery. Perfect pairing for some cold and spicy pork noodles.
