Beautiful honey color and medium carbination. There is a earthy, hop aroma present. This is a full flavored pilsner with a good spicy hop presence and a subdued, but noted malt backbone. Floral and cream flavors linger between drinks. Not really a crisp, refreshing pils, but very enjoyable and satisfying.

12oz can, skinny tulip.
Very clear, straw yellow, not a lot of head, but what’s here is white.
Musty malt, crisp, grass.
Pungent grass and herbs are prevalent. It’s beautifully balanced, crisp, and finishes with a nice herbal, gritty bitter finish.
Rather medium bodied for a Pilsner, but ultimately recognizable.
Lots of DFW breweries are releasing Pilsners this summer and I’ve had a couple good ones. This is one of them.

One of the few variety packs available. Special release. Tastes good.
