This Shirley Temple-inspired was made in collaboration with BMT Restaurant Group (and available at Junior’s Bar & Grill, North Greenbush, Madison Pour House, and soon Albany Ale & Oyster) and offers all the taste of a Shirley Temple without being too sweet. Made with loads of Pommegranate puree and orange (sans loads of sugar found in grenadine), with a splash of ginger, key lime and lemon.
We got our inspiration from a “kiddie cocktail” but ours is made for adults. We didn’t put in red dye, or a cherry, and it has alcohol, so “Don’t call me Shirley!”
