Pours a clear iced tea color with a modest foam in the big wheat beer glass. Substantial mouthfeel with plenty of spritz. Grainy nose. Flavors of cereal with hints of pear, caramel, and spice. A slight sweetness which nicely balances the dry finish. Not overly yeasty, but there is a little scratch in the aftertaste. Very smooth and pleasant brew, which I had nearly finished before I got around to writing any notes on it. From the 16 oz crowler can filled at the brewery tap.
