DIPA #5, with this experimental brew we used loads of Cryo Pop hops. Yakima Chief Hops has created Cryo Pop Original Blend – a hop blend with the power to add a true “pop” of aromas and flavors in beer. This hop blend delivers massive tropical, stone fruit and citrus aromas into your finished beers.

16oz can served in a Kane tulip. Received from @MacMalt in NBS BIF #14. No date on the can, but based on MacMalt's review, I expect it was canned on 2021-09-24.
Pours a moderately hazy light golden with a fairly big head that collapses into a fairly thick creamy layer that is somewhat thin at the middle. Smell is bright tropical notes with a strong citrus background. Maybe a hint of melon or bubble gum.
Taste is right along the same lines, almost word for word to the aroma, though I would add a moderate resin bitterness on the finish.
Mouthfeel is on the light side of medium, kind of airy, and quite dry. This is a very good beer.

Reviewed 2 days after can release. Poured into a snulip glass. It pours a murky, dirty tangerine color with 2 full fingers of fluffy, milk-white head and thick, soapy lacing. A great look! Great smell, too. Lemon, lime, grapefruit, pine needles, and just a hint of tangerine. Nice! The taste leads with the pine followed by tart, bitter citrus, and a soft sweetness that is vanilla-like. As it warms, there are also notes of stone fruit. It's bitter, sweet, and hoppy at the same time. This ale is crisp and lite for its 8.5% ABV, with moderate carbonation. It's very easy to drink. I have to say I'm very impressed with this DIPA. Ludlam Island has arrived and if you haven't heard of them, then believe me you will.
