Notes:
Zep is a small-batch Brett Pale Ale and is crafted with Pilsner Malt, Colorado Wheat, & Acidulated Malt, then dry hopped with Zoso hops. Zoso, a variety native to Colorado, exhibits notes of lemon & peach and is grown at Misty Mountain Hop Farm in Olathe, Colorado. Zep was an experimental beer fermented in our steel pilot tank for several months with unique brettanomyces strains originating from breweries in Oregon, Colorado, and Vermont, and then bottle conditioned.
