Had on tap. Cloudy orange body with a full cream head and sheets of lacing. White wine barrel highlights the banana belgian yeast, simple citrus, flowers and fresh bread in the nose. Taste brings out the oak more compared to the nose, soft vanilla and esters of apple and pear abound in addition to what the nose brought. Feel is medium bodied, smooth, yeast and lightly vinous, though no movement of the palate in the sip that tripels often do. Memorable as this stood out in a fun way, wet spring would be perfect time to grab this out of the cellar
