A collaboration with Westbound & Down brewed with our slow modification house pilsner malt and a pinch of wheat, brimming with fiscally irresponsible amounts of HBC 586, Idaho 7 and Westbound's hand selected Simcoe, Strata and Citra Cryo hops.

Delicious ipa. So drinkable. Amazing hop expressions. A bit undercarbonated. Possibly could benefit from more sugary malt bill. The hop bill here though is unmatched

A crisp clean clean golden west coast style pale with a finger of white foam. Smells of herbal hops and malt. The taste is dank with subtle floral/herbal and grassy notes. A complimentary touch of malt rounds it out. The feel is light and easy drinking with a slight hop bite.
Overall a pleasant drinkable balanced pale. Kudos to Cellar and Westbound for a delicious collaboration.
