Once a year on tap at Meritage for thier oyster fest. Pours a dark Mahogany color with a fresh and thin tan head, its not a thick stout. Light roasted malts and milk chocolate. Taste had a creamy milk chocolate roasted malt front then mixed with toffee and caramel. Mouth feel was smooth with a creamy texture of oat and malt. Tasted like a miil stout and was very easy/tasty to drink had characteristics of a porter and brown ale.

Not sure what an oyster stout is supposed to taste like, but I like it. Chocolate and caramel. Roasted malts. Smooth and creamy. Maybe I taste the oysters?
Solid offering. Unique.
