Monthly Summit Beer Hall special. Had two at the Summit Beer Hall. Slightly hazy golden. Small white head, receding to a thin collar. Pine, citrus aroma, very American IPA-like. Somewhat smooth mouth feel, a bit of sweet malt initially, quickly transitioning to American IPA pine bitterness that remains into the finish. A good IPA, but not as innovative as the brewer notes would suggest. Basically, a somewhat hazy American IPA.

Pours a medium hazed golden color with a white head. Smell is fruity with with citrus. Tatse follows nose on this lots or orange and tangerine notes with some grapefruit, slight bitterness in the finish. A good tasting IPA but nowhere close to a NE IPA, would try again thou.

On tap at the taproom.
Hazy sunset orange. White head with lace.
Hazy, but not juicy or super tropical. Tastes more like a regular IPA than a NE IPA. Grapefruit and some orange, but still a bit bitter and sticky. Resiny.
A fun beer to try and I am glad summit is experimenting with the style, but they have a little work to dial it in.
