Sága Hazy IPA pours a darker copper color, with a larger, long-lasting, lacing head. The aroma has hints of pine and lemon. The flavor is much the same, pine and lemon. Good feel. Overall, a nice bright hazy IPA.

Appearance: Hazy gold, big head.

Smell: Moderate fruit cup aroma.

Taste: Balanced start, then remains on with a mix of mild breadiness and mild citrus bitterness. Not as mealy feeling as many hazies. Medium bodied. Finishes with mild bitterness.

Overall: I'm pretty tired of generic “hazy IPAs”, this one from Summit is fine but nondescript. Doesn't have as much of the mealy mouthfeel that a lot of hazies have to me. It's a decent beer.

Citrus and floral. Nice and juicy. Great balance on this IPA - it screams summer to me. An absolute shit ton of lacing on this bitch. She's a sticky girl. Relatively light while still keeping her body. Can't complain .

Pours a lightly hazy orangish yellow with a thick white head. Nice lacing. Aroma is faint, a bit of malt, orange, and melon. Flavor follows the nose. Feel is medium bodied, with light carbonation. Overall, another fine beer from this local brewery.

This seems like a replacement for Slugfest which was a hazy ipa but this iteration is really good. I was really sad to see slugfest go away but i think this is a better version of Slugfest. Saga is a great beer, both the hazy IPA and regular IPA. Kudos Summit.

16oz for $20 at Target Field

Little ring of foam. Hazy as advertised. No smell. Basically tastes like Saga, but with a lot more citrus fruit and less pine

16oz can. Best by date stamped on can bottom is 'EB 08/12/23'.
Partly cloudy, deep gold colored body. Two fingers of pillow white head upon pouring, and this recedes to a creamy ring and thin cap. Leaves behind wide rings of lacing.
Aroma of toasted malts with the hop flavors of melon, pineapple, and mango.
Taste is dank, with pine bitterness and hop resin. Minimal sweetness with flavors of pineapple and mango. Quick fade in the aftertaste.
Medium mouth feel, with a soft texture. Dry and dank finish. Very good carbonation.
Not a sweet juice bomb, but rather a resin and dank filled experience.

16oz can enjoy by date 8/18/23 into a nonick pint glass.
L: Pours lightly hazed deep golden caramel w a 1" rounded off white head that has VG retention down to a very thick skin, fine steady carbo bubbles, thick lacing w sheeting and decent banding.
S: Melon, grapefruit, lightly floral, background caramel malts, a hint of fruit. Quite simple & light.
T: Sweet caramelized malts, light citrus, citrus zest, melon, light mango, grapefruit, has a med-long mellow resinous finish and finishes a tad bit sweet.
F: Brisk, semi-juicy med-light bodied w an airy middle and a med-length moderately drying and incredibly soft, smooth, creamy & plush finish.
O: Crisp, lightly sweet, smooth & luscious with a 5 star finish. Incredibly plush. A moderately full flavored and fruity HIPA that is very EZ drinking. It's mothership Saga IPA is an outstanding American IPA and this follows suit with a win.
