Scrappy notes from 1995.
The best beer and brewer in Minneapolis in my opinion. It is a gorgeous light caramel color, creamy head, tastes lightly rich and sweet and is very soft and deep tasting. It has that Summit hop configuration that is signature but is quite malty and Germanic. Excellent.

I found this on closeout...It hasn't been brewed in two years but wanted to see how it held up and have one for old times sake...I've heard they may reintroduce this, at which time I will re-rate with a fresher bottle....but for this one here is what I've got...Redish brown in color...big breadiness on the nose...cloudy...taste is still not bad, but there is some lingering sourness...some nice maltiness too...not as clean tasting as I'd like but being its two years old I can't complain...finishes on a dry note...body is thinnish....at this point it is average...at it's best it was excellent...I hope they bring it back...
