Aged in o’shaunesseys keepers heart whiskey barrels. On tap at the Ratskeller. Copper color. Clear. Off white head.
Caramel, vanilla, toffee, oak. Whiskey, cherry, orange peel, fruitiness. Warming, but smooth and flavorful. Floral and grassy hops. Grapefruit citrus. Woody. Very complex, very enjoyable.
