A Hazy yellow. Little head and thin lacing
S Light floral aroma. Some fruity sweetness. Wet grass. Quite nice.
T Pretty bitter up front. Pungent. Gives way to sweetness in the finish.
M Light body. Smooth and clean finish.
O I liked this IPA. Nothing extreme here. Neither in the hoppyness, despite the name, nor the fruitiness. Not a melon or a hop bomb. Honestly, this tastes like EPA and Saga were mixed together.
Poured into a imperial pint glass at 3 Squares.

Brewed for blue plates 20th anniversary
80 ibu
On tap at Longfellow
Slight hazed pale gold in color.
Flavor profile reminds me a bit of a dry Belgian beer for some reason, borderline saison. The hop profile is very grassy and herbal. Very unique flavor.
Mouthfeel: bitter and dry. Medium bodied with a good amount of carbonation. Ends sticky.
Overall, I am glad I had a chance to try this unique brew. I enjoyed my pint!
