On tap at the Blackback. This was poured into a tulip. The appearance was a semi-dark burnt orange. Thin bar pour’s kind of head. Thin mild lacing. The aroma starts sweet grapefruit juice/pulp. Iced citrus juiciness. Sweet grass. Sly peach. Underlying mango. The flavor starts sweet and gently opens up into some dry bitterness. Sweet dry touch of malts balancing. Sly fruity sweetness of the hops in the aftertaste sliding into the finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation seems on par. Overall, good DIPA that I could have again.
