The appearance was a muddled orange to brown color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that dissipated evenly leaving some messy lace, basically looked the same as the last one. The aroma started off with a semi-citrusy pulp to bitter rind grinding into a slight floral to resinous stride. Light earthiness, subtle leafiness, then some onion. The flavor seemed to blend all of the previously mentioned flavors and bring about some length in the base malt. Nicely rolling gentle hops to malt blend flowing on into the aftertaste and leading into the finish. On the palate, this one sat about a medium on the body with a nice pronounced beat of the hop bitterness making a good effort to blend right on into the malts smoothly along my tongue. Good carbonation. ABV felt fine. Overall, how many of these are they going to do? But this series is quite a fantastic.
