16 oz. can.
Canned 02/11/20.
Moderate to vigorous pour yields a one inch white head with some sticky lacing. Nose of tropical fruit, stone fruit, citrus, and dank flowers and herbs. Taste follows nose fairly close with a medium bitterness of citrus rind near the finish and finishing a bit peachy. Cheers to the boys up the road in Hyde Park, VT!

Can to tulip. Bottom stamped 02/11/20.
The appearance was a soft hazy burnt yellow to orange color with a thin layer of white foamy head. Just dissipates faintly to leave some caked on wispy and coated lace.
The aroma had an angelic blend of sweet onion, crisp danky/earthy to subtle sweet peach/apricot thing going on. Subtle malts, somewhat biscuity.
The flavor yields to the sweet side trolling the onion dankiness/earthiness to the peach and apricot thus ultimately blending finely and unique (or at least to me). Awesome aftertaste of iced onion and iced peach intertwining just the way I want it.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a good sipping quality about it. Nice appropriately low carbonation. Smooth enough effects. Then finishes with a tone of earthy apricot slightly jammy effect.
Overall, daggum! Mike Scarlotta and crew what did you do! Yes I know I just rhymed but I'm outa time just to say you made my day on this beer. Time to soak this in this year!

Had on tap. Hazy and grainy yellow body with a white head. Hallertau Blanc is such a fun hop, I am glad brewers are playing around with it more. Right off the nose you get them, with dry grass, slight grape must, and elderberry, with slight sourdough bread and lemon zest. Taste is an arid form of the smell, the dry hops lead the dusty malt and fruit zest. Feel is sneaky bready, with some hop sharpness, but otherwise dry and slightly musty.
