There are times when sudden silence is especially evident. Whether in the early Vermont summer, when the quiet of twilight suddenly renders chirping from the meadows, or even after an inquiry that deserves an answer that never arrives. Moments like these have inspired this crisp, light, and slightly sweet classic beer.

Overall decent, just didn’t like the sweetness, it tasted like ketchup. And not bitter enough for a Pilsner

A: The beer is clear yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that left thin collar around the edge of the glass and later completely faded away.
S: Light to moderate aromas of malts and hints of honey-like sweetness are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied and clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is easy to drink. I found the honey-like aromas and flavors to be interesting.
