L: hazy amber with a slight orange-copper tint under a 2" white cap with moderate retention
S: hops and wheat with some citrus and spice, flowers and berries, fresh mowed grass, and a hint of ditch weed
T: wheat and an almost funky grainy spice, very light hard candy, and a nice assertive bitter finish with moderate drying and a light, hop based astringency
F: outrageously creamy, airy, soft texture with a medium body and carbonation
O: The wheat provides a nice platform for the Mosaic hops which are all over the place. The beer packs in a lot of flavor for the alcohol level

Pours a slight hazed golden yellow color with a nice white head. Fruity hops with some dankness and earthy smells. Taste is very floral & tropical with a nice mosaic hop profile, white fruits and tropical fruit. A soft mouth feel with just the right amount of bitterness in the finish. I really liked this IPA and @6% i can have a couple.
