L: hazy straw gold capped by 2" of lacy white foam with good retention
S: has the hefeweizen banana and clove smell supported by white bread
T: Mildly sweet clove spiced bubblegum and banana lead the flavors to a slightly drying finish with a hint of tartness
F: The medium plus body is highly carbonated
O: This solid, well balanced German weisbier is as well put together as the model it is named after.

Poured from a crowler purchased at Princeton's Liquor. Canned 02/26/18 so these crowlers do not move very fast out of the store.
Suitably hazy and golden with a dense head that leaves plenty of lacing down my weizen glass. This wheat beer is heavy on the cloves and lighter on the fruity esters. That follows in the flavor as well. What really lets me down is there is no depth to the flavor and lacks the chewy mouthfeel that I enjoy in hefeweizens. What flavor is there is good but I want more.
