L: milky, murky straw under a 2.5" blanket of white to cream colored foam with good persistence
S: Strawberry and rhubarb dominate the aromas but are not over bearing
T: starts slightly sweet as vanilla pie crust and strawberry rhubarb flavors interact and unite in a moderately bitter finish that brings the beer into balance
F: creamy and juicy with a medium full body and medium carbonation
O: The balance achieved by the brewer makes this a very refreshing, flavorful beer

Poured from crowler into glass. Fill date marked on can as '06/27/18'.
Murky, pale gold colored body. One finger white head upon first pour, settles to a couple of scattered islands and a thin ring. Leaves behind webs of lacing.
Aroma is faint with strawberry and rhubarb. Lactose is there too.
Taste is a combination of slightly sweet strawberry and very slightly tart rhubarb. Strawberry first and then later is the rhubarb. No bitterness. Has a little hop burn on the tongue.
Slurpy, thicker mouth feel. Lower carbonation.
Pleasant enough beer, reasonably balanced for taste aspects, but subdued in expression. Takes some effort to recognize the aromas and the tastes are subtle. Very easy drinker.
