L: bright to brilliant yellow permeated by streams of bubbles rising moderately fast to join a white, 1" cap with fair persistence
S: smells like a Kölsch with a faint hint of sulfur and creamed corn and light fruit with some cracker and earthy hops in the background
T: The flavors are mildly sweet with some apple and pear and culminate in a big bitter, drying finish that has some edge to it.
F: The texture is delightfully creamy with a medium light body and medium high carbonation.
O: This beer is full flavored and easy to drink.
