T: dry and lemonade tart with medium citrus, light fruit, mild woodruff and a hint of white grape
F: light body and medium high carbonation.

This beer pours a clear straw with an average head. The aroma is odd herbal, with a funky, Parmesan note in addition to the sourness, as well as herbal notes reminiscent of absinthe, with anise and dandelion, as well as others I cannot further identify. The flavor mostly features a powerful lemon like sourness, with cheese rind, licorice, and a vague floral quality. The mouthfeel is thin, with bold carbonation and an astringent edge Overall a decent and unique little sour, maybe a bit intense, but I really like getting to try a berliner with woodruff.
