Copenhagen 11/2 2020. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Primitive Drawing of zombies In a graveyard with kiwi fruits for head (!).
Pours unclear, pale yellow with a small white head, very bubbly. Disappears fast leaving what looks like a glass of white wine behind. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense, sweetish with a tart twist. Sweet fruity odor of kiwi. Avoiding being artificial. Tart sourness of unripe berries rummaging in the background.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery, tingling texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by a stronger tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour but fresh. Lingers for a short while. Finish is dry reminding me of white wine.
Quite fresh and well balanced between the tart and the sweet. But I fail to see the connection to zombies and graveyards.
