Appearance: golden yellow in color with a short 1/2" head that fell to a spotty surface covering.
Smell: soft fruit and a hint of spice.
Taste: grainy malt base with some slightly sour grapes, golden apples, grass, pepper, and a mild bitterness.
Mouthfeel: medium bodied. Crisp throughout.
Overall: I liked this beer as the hint of some sour fruits was pleasant.

White pepper and citrus with a little bit of spice (maybe coriander?) provide some interesting flavors in this low-ABV saison. Very refreshing for a hot, muggy Charleston summer day.
