16 ounce can - $3.75 at Woodstock Beer Market in Woodstock, Georgia.
Appearance: Pours a lightly hazy, light golden body with an inc--nevermind, it's fizzling out pretty quickly.
Smell: Scantly bready with a light perceived cereal sweetness. Light grassiness, minute nuttiness presumably from the local malted rice. Soft touch of floral, herbal continental hops.
Taste: Sofia leans a bit sweet with a touch of Golden Crisp. A light grainy quality. An amalgam of florals, mild herbal tones, grassiness and nutty hints with a little hint of pear. Light balancing bitterness. Slightly creamy on the semi-dry, grassy finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium carbonation with a bit of zip to it. Everso slight creaminess lurking in the mouthfeel.
Overall: It'll do!
