5 oz taster at brewery.
Appearance: Slightly hazy straw. Minimal head.
Aroma: Floral, citrus, hay. However we are kind of in a barn, so there’s that.
Taste: Dry, citrus, lemon. Good stuff. Herbal. Grassy.
Mouthfeel: Dry and easy.
Overall: Very nice little saison.
