Pours a hazed light rosé color with strong effervescence and a thing finger of off-white head that quickly settles into an uneven crown that leaves little lacing.
Nice, relatively clean and classic saison base in the nose with some white wine and hint of peach behind.
The taste follows closely. Slightly tart with a little wine complexity. Still fairly clean overall.
Tight, lively, zippy carbonation in the feel. Maybe a tad too much so, even for a spritz.
Refreshing. Quite enjoyable.

On draft at Chinatown. Really nice balance of stonefruit and vinous juice. Medium acetic tartness. Good carbonation. A little straw on the backend. Very easy to drink, would be great on a hot day.

No canning date (released on 10/1/21, so presumably canned within a few days of that date); consumed on 11/7/21
Pours a foggy rosé/pale ruby body capped with three fingers of rocky, faded pink foam; mediocre head retention leaves no cap, but a persistent effervescence tickling the surface, as well as a spotty, thin collar, and no lasting lacing holding to the walls of the glass.
Aromas of fresh peach skins meet a tannic expression of Grenache and Zinfandel upfront, soon inviting musty bubblegum yeast leading into a brief funk over the middle; red berries focused by a taut minerality and soft grain presence on the back end of the bouquet give platform for juicy wine grape to impress itself on the close.
Taste opens to juicy wine grape founded upon a flaky grain base, with red berry bubblegum yeast most prominent over the mid-palate bringing minerality to the back end and peach skins texturing the finish.
Mouthfeel offers a light body beneath spritzy, rounded carbonation and a delicate acidity; soft tartness glistens with a tannic edge over the mid-palate, maintaining a taut texture highlighting a pillowy, drying grit on the finish.
A pure refresher, relying on easygoing touch and a unified base to maintain its quenching, level approach; a fun saison, whose deft marriage of fruits and yeast makes this a successful hybrid ale.
