Nonic, on tap at Clear Fork Fort Worth Malai.
It’s deliciously hazy with a mango yellow color. The head is respectable with good lacing.
Delicious tropical essence; pineapple, mango, tangerine, lime leaf.
This is clearly in the juicy, hazy category. Juice bomb is an appropriate term and one of the best executions of fruit added to an IPA I’ve had (pineapple and mango according to the waitress). Bitterness is low and smooth.
Creamy carbonation is the perfect compliment to the medium body. Very well done here.
I have not had a disappointing beer from Malai Kitchen. Each time I’ve visited they have had a new rotating beer. This place is a sleeper on the DFW beer scene and the food is amazing.
