I had this beer on-tap in a nonic at the brewery.
Appearance: light golden hue with a moderate haze and a lazy effervescence. Head is a thin layer of white foam.
Smell: lightly sweet and piquant; a standard saison aroma, though cleanly done.
Taste: on the sweet side for a saison, but it works here. A bit grainy as well; solid if unexceptional.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: very middle of the road, style-wise, but well executed and quite drinkable.
