Tap at uproar brewing in San Jose
Nice rich creamy head fades slowly thick lacing, super murky carrot orange color
Nose bright hops, loads of citrus and tropical, loads of pineapple and galaxy goodness, citrus tangerine and pith, little orange cream and mango, touch grapefruit, creamy toasty wheat malt
Taste very smooth creamy juicy, loads of citrus juice, orange, tangerine, little grapefruit note, mango sorbet, big pineapple mixed with toasted grainy wheat dough brings pineapple upside down cake, mild fruit esters even touch banana. Finish is drier, fair bitterness, more pineapple and orange
Mouth is med to light bod, a bit thin, light on the carb too somehow
Overall some great characters but a bit thin and light on carb, otherwise a nice NEIPA
