You aren’t going to beat Princess or Yoshi without the Rainbow Road Shortcut, which as it turns out, is both a killer cheat on Mario Kart 64, and also a super juicy hazy pale ale, with a recipe including lightning strikes, red Koopa shells, Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado hops.

Soft, pale yellow body, hazy; thick, rocky, white head. Citrus and tropical fruit notes in the smell; soft sweetness. The taste brings pineapple and lemon to the front; citrus rind; bitter. Somewhat watery body with some acidic bite; light initial juiciness with a mostly dry finish.
Not a bad hazy beer, but rather lightweight all around.
Pouring temperature: 44 °F; canning data: DAMN YOU BLUE SHELL 01/14/22

Pours a pale golden/straw color, thin white head and quite opaque.
Smell is bright, floral/fruity, leaning more toward the vaguely tropical than the overtly citrussy.
Taste is incredibly smooth and not at all bitter. I get notes of a wide variety of fruits like strawberry, orange, guava, and peach. Very nice balance of (fruity) hop flavors and pale malt sweetness.
Mouthfeel is good and full. There is a bit of building sweetness but it generally does a good job of filling the palette and without clogging it up.
Really lovely beer for the style. Has a body that would lead me to be unsurprised at the presence of lactose (although there is none) and a flavor that really captures the fruity hop flavors that are sort of the hallmark of american brewing at the moment. Well worth a visit.
