From tasting notes 09/15/18
Had on-tap at Round Table Clubhouse in Citrus Heights, CA
Appearance - Served up in a 16oz snifter, hazy and faded orange in color. Broken ring of suds around the edge. Good lacing, with broken webbing decorating half the glass.
Smell - Orange sweetness and some mineral earthiness.
Taste - Follows the nose. Mineral water meets some sweet and slightly juicy orange character. Light tartness. Finish lingers mostly with orange / tangerine and lesser mineral notes.
Mouthfeel - Light-to-medium in body with light, tingly carbonation. Slick, easy drinker with a slightly dry finish.
Overall - Interesting NE hazy. Citrus sweetness and lightly tart with a mineral undertone. Almost like drinking a Flinstone's Kids Vitamin Chew; I don't know how else to describe it.
