Pours with a very murky bright yellow body (looks somewhat lighter than in my picture). A medium-aggressive pour generates approximately 1.5 fingers of rocky white head. The head retention and lacing are pretty typical for this style. Smell is very floral and citrusy. It's not the strongest smelling beer, but the overall aroma is pleasant. Taste follows the nose. There is a decent amount of deep citrusy notes, with some of the typical Mosaic floral tropical notes. (I know I'm using the words floral and citrusy a lot, but I can't seem to find better descriptors for what I'm tasting). Feel is pretty typical for a really good single NEIPA. Medium carbonation, somewhat creamy body, well-hidden ABV. This a really good single IPA and I'm definitely enjoying myself with it.
