Clear amber copper color beer with a nice wisp of foam in the tulip. Mellow, clean, and smooth. Nice malty, slightly sweet start with just a hint of resiny bitterness. The spicy, grainy, rye taste with a touch of cedar.
Tremendously drinkable and lots of flavor for a mild brew. My favorite beer on this San Francisco jaunt. On tap at 3rd Street Tap Room.
