Slightly hazy pale yellow brew with plenty of foam in the Saint-Martin tall tulip. Light and sudsy body. Aroma of plum and peach. Tangy like not-quite-ripe apricot. This is extremely hoppy for a Pale Ale, but hardly bitter. Just a massive amount of aromatics, not complaining.
Intense and distinctive flavors with apples, peach, and miso soup. Rather dry finish with the unripe fruit hint of astringency in the aftertaste. From the 16 oz can shipped by City Beer Store. Stamped on the bottom with "Canned on 10/12/20."
