Handsome clear yellow brew with plenty of foam in the Tripel Karmeliet tulip. Aroma of straw and alfalfa with a hint of lemon. Quite malty, though light bodied. A nice tang to offset the modest sweetness. I"m thinking of that great acapella song "I Want to Live Easy."
Flavors of bread and herbs. Tastes like corn in a pleasing way. Just a wee suggestion of bitterness, some few hop leaves scattered in the rose water. Utterly quaffable and leaves you wanting another. From the 16 oz can shipped by City Beer Store.
