draught
A double dry hopped pilsner.
hops: Ella, El Dorado & Eureka
Cloudy, yellow and straw color. Smells good, but not like a pilsner, a bitey, effervescent tone, slightly spiced grapefruit peel and a bit of lemon as well, with a touch of light toasted malts, behind the scene. Bright, citrusy lemon and lemon peel flavors, without much of a bite, and just a touch of light toasted barley malt, in support. Fades to an easy grapefruit/lemon peel finish.
