This one was impressive. Reality Czech by Moonlight is a leader for this style but this one sticks out with it's more subdued notes thanks to the malt character. Slight sweetness at the backend that is just the right amount. The more I drink it, the less off flavors I notice that aren't present compared to the dozens of other american pilsners I have tried. Body feel is full with a touch of creaminess. There is something about this beer that reminds me of a circus tightrope walker who is doing his best to toe the line. Very impressive even when served at a lower temp. Pilsner is one of my favorite style and this one sticks out.
