Winner! Winner! Hops for Dinner! Jackpot Junction made it out of Vegas and returns to our line-up after debuting at our seventh anniversary last year. This beer very much falls into the stinky WC IPA category, thanks to the Mosaic-Simcoe combo, with dank flavors to the fore on both the nose and the palate. But, sit with this beer a while and fruity flavors start to emerge, including gooseberry, kiwi, grapefruit and white grapes. The bitterness lingers and hop resin continues to coat the tongue long after the beer has gone, making this the perfect pour for hopheads.

Serving: Freshly tapped at Barebottle Menlo Park, served in a 16 oz tulip glass.
Appearance: Clear, pale golden yellow, with a nice head and streaky white lace.
Smell: Dank woods and pine needles, opening to citrus and tropical fruit.
Taste: Clean and crisp West Coast flavors, with grapefruit citrus opening to gooseberry, resinous hops, and a bitter close.
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation.
Overall: Clean, crisp, classic WC IPA.
