Our take on a classic style, based on a pilot brew we cooked up with one of our locals' home grown hops. We've spiked a bready, biscuity base with fresh ginger and vanilla beans to add spicy notes and a smooth finish.

Half at Llandoger Trow. Dark brown pour, silky beige head. Sweet, malty aroma. Taste is nutty, malty, and a bit on the sweet side. Creamy, but overall thin feel.
