Acidulated malt makes up 6% of the malt bill, thus the name.

Served in shaker. Poured a murky yellow color (looked like a NEIPA, not like a Saison at all) with a very thin cap of white head that dissipated quickly and had no retention or lacing.

The aroma had a light grain base, with just a tinge of yeast spice.

The aroma was very similar, with the yeast having a sharper presence.

The body was fuller than is typical, was smooth and had a semi-dry finish.

Drinkability was nice, the beer went down easily, and I'll probably have more.

Overall, a nicely pleasant brew, worth trying if you see it.
