This lager is at once both delicate and hearty. Lightly kilned Bohemian pilsner malt sets the stage for an exceptionally pale beer, with the German lager yeast providing a clean, smooth fermentation where even the subtlest flavors can shine. The addition of malted wheat fortifies the beer with a firm wheat bread character, and German-grown Saphir hops garnish the glass like a twist of lemon and strawberry blossoms.
