I had this beer on-tap in a Pilsner glass at the brewery. It is billed as "Pilsner: Featuring Spalter Select Hops".
Appearance: crystal clear golden body with a finger of white foam. Just as it should be!
Smell: lightly sweet malt, though I think the volume could be turned up a notch.
Taste: like in the aroma, sweetish malt with a good hop bite and rather a high bitterness. I like it though.
Mouthfeel: medium light body with a good carbonation and rather a good creaminess for the style.
Overall: a good beer, and though I like the high bitterness, it's a bit much for a session.
