From a 32oz growler poured yesterday, under the Gruit category at UFF but very much a Saison.
Pours a cloudy golden orange color, no head and no lacing on the glass, appears to have low carbonation, very hazy such that you can't see through it completely.
Smell has a slightly fruity aroma, definitely picking up peaches, some funk to the nose compliments of the yeast.
Taste is like drinking a funky yeasty peach, light fruit flavors up front, yeasty beasty flavors take over afterwards, medium-low carbonation, the funk lasts throughout the entire aftertaste, finishes mostly dry.
