Split a 750 ml bottle three ways in glasses.
Appearance: An opaque ruby with an eggshell head.
Aroma: Cherries, dark fruits, and lots of musk and funk. Barnyard. Yeast.
Taste: Lots of dark, funky fruits. Tart cherries lead the way. Dates. Figs. Lots of funky sourness. Touch of vinegar. Vinuous character. White grapes. Booze.
Mouthfeel: Somewhat abrasive, and certainly best sipped.
Overall: Very nice lambic-esque beer. One to savor and enjoy. Somewhat harsh in a gueuze-like kind of way. Would love to try more from this spot.
